Eye Rest is a menu-bar app — it has no dock icon or main window by design. Click its icon in the menu bar (top-right) to see the countdown, take a break, or open Settings.

Buy a license key, then open Eye Rest → Settings → Unlock Pro and paste your key. Pro unlocks all six scenes, living animation, smart pause, office hours, nudges, and stats. It's a one-time $14.99 — no subscription.

Turn on Smart Pause in Settings — it skips breaks while your camera or microphone is in use (a meeting) or a video is playing. You can also set Office Hours so it only runs during your workday.
